  • Other information as we may be legally obligated to collect and store as part of our KYC obligations under various statutes and notifications issued by the regulator or governmental authorities from time to time.
Purpose of Collection and Usage of Data

We shall use your personal information and/or sensitive personal information for the purposes for which it was collected. The personal information we collect about you will be used for the following:

  • To conduct Know-Your-Customer registration as required under SEBI and PMLA laws and/or any other laws as may be prescribed by regulatory or other bodies from time to time.
  • To perform compliance checks and keep/maintain internal records.
  • To periodically send communications over email, phone and other modes of communication to inform you about your investments, or other related information such as new products, services, opportunities in the market etc.
  • To use the information to improve our products and services.
Disclosures to third parties

Information once received from you on KYC, FATCA forms, including updation forms thereof, and / or in connection with making an investment or dis-investment shall be deemed to have been given to us to share with the following :

  • Mutual funds
  • Banks and financial institutions
  • Portfolio Managers
  • Alternative Investment Scheme Managers
  • Main Stock broker with which you are registered through us as their Authorised Person
  • Stock Exchanges
  • Depositories with which you have or intend to have a Demat account

Other than the above we will disclose your personal information and/or sensitive personal information to any other third parties only with your consent.

Notwithstanding the above, we may share your personal information without your consent where:

  • Such disclosure is necessary for compliance of a legal obligation or by an order under law; or
  • Upon a request from a Government agency for the purpose of verification of identity, taxation of income, investigation of suspicious transactions or for prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution, and punishment of offences.
Security Practices and Procedures

  • All communication with you, or with mutual fund companies or other investee companies and other service providers are encrypted using the highest standards.

  • To ensure that we achieve these goals, we have a variety of certifications/trust verifications in place for our firm, both from technical and legal/operational perspectives. All our communications are encrypted by 256-bit encryption, and our data is hosted with top-tier hosting service providers. Also, our data is continuously backed up to ensure continuity of operations.
